Middle School Know Sweat, Tuesday

This morning we awoke to a beautiful day in Cincinnati.  After eating breakfast and packing our lunches we spent time processing Ephesians 3:14-17 in order to prepare ourselves for the day.

Next, we loaded into the van and headed to the work site.

Our task for the day: move that giant pile of mulch to the top of a hill where the park is growing new trees.

After lots of pushing and scooping, we conquered the pile!

Mid morning, we took a break to talk about our morning devotions together.

Then, Brendan decided to eat his lunch in a tree.

Shortly after leaving the work site, a rain storm rolled through.  But that was okay, because we were all eager to get clean and enjoy the air conditioning.  We passed the time by doing “Double Dream Hands” and playing Ninja.

The evening came to a close with another program centered around the theme of “Dwellology.”  The speaker is challenging us to let God move into our darkest corners and bring us to life.

Thank you for praying for us in Cincinnati!  It is obvious that God is working in these students!
